Poster session

• The infomation about poster numbers, titles and prensenters can be comfirmed in Poster list  

One-min Flash Talk for Poster introduction

• The slides are in English, and the slide explanations can be in English or Japanese.

• Prepare one or two slides that introduce the poster contents in one minute as follows.

• Create as a PDF file. In case of 2 sheets, please put them in one file in the order of presentation.

• 4x3 landscape format.

• Please specify the poster number, title, author name, and affiliation at the top of the slide (see sample).

• Name the file "PX-YY (poster number) .pdf". Example: P3-01

• Please send it as an e-mail attachment to the address of jscpb2021@sci.hokudai.ac.jp by noon on November 26th (Friday). When sending, please set the subject of the email to " PX-YY (poster number) _ slide". Example: P3-01_slide

• The moderator will perform the slide operation on the day of the presentation. The presenter cannot operate the pointer.

• Flash talk is done in Zoom.

Guidelines for poster presentation

• The poster session will be held using LINC Biz (participant's manual).

• The poster will be posted on the LINC Biz presentation channel.

• The poster is in English. The explanation of the poster can be in English or Japanese.

• Create the poster as a PDF file. The format (multiple slide formats or one large poster is acceptable). You can also upload still images(jpg/png) and videos (mp4).

• Check the poster posting manual for the number and format of files that can be posted and the capacity limit.

• If you can set up a forum for your own discussion on Zoom etc. at the time of presentation, please include that information in the poster.

• Presenters will receive an invitation email on November 22^nd (Monday), authorizing them to upload posters to the presentation channel within LINC Biz. If you do not receive the email during the day, please send e-mail to the contact address of the conference office.

• Please upload the file to the presentation channel with the specified presentation number after November 22 (Monday).

• The preview will start on Monday, November 29th, and participants will be able to view the poster thereafter. Please upload some materials by November 29^th (Monday).

• Uploaded materials can be edited until the day of the conference.

• The poster will be available to participants until December 12th after the conference.

• Copying the content of other presenters' presentations is strictly prohibited.

• The poster presentation times are as follows.

P1 (Poster presentation 1): December 4th (1st day of the tournament) 10:00 – 12:00

P2 (Poster presentation 2): December 5 (1st day of the tournament) 10:00 – 12:00

• Please cast your vote for Poster Awards in the Google Forms placed in the LINC Biz by 12:00 on Dec 5th (Day 2).
