Poster Session: Instructions for Speakers

The poster session consists of "One-min Pitch [Video]" and "Poster Presentation & Discussion".

One-min Pitch [Video]

The pitch has the goal of encouraging the attendees to visit and discuss your poster.

All poster presentations are required to upload  a pitch video of 1 min or less [MP4 format, 100 MB or less]  to the online meeting site "LINC Biz".

Deadline of uploading the video: 5:00pm, Friday, November 18, 2022 

One way of creating the video is to use a presentation software such as Microsoft PowerPoint.

 Confirm how to login and upload your video to "LINC Biz" on the main page [HOME] of our website. 

Poster Presentation & Discussion

(1) Online Meeting [November 21 -25]

"PC" and "PA" poster presentations are required to upload  an e-poster [JPEG format, 5 MB or less]  to the online meeting site "LINC Biz".

Deadline of uploading the e-poster: 5:00pm, Friday, November 18, 2022 

Discussion: text chat, no core time

 Confirm how to upload the image to "LINC Biz" on the main page [HOME] of our website.

(2) In-Person Meeting [November 26 - 27]

"PA" and "PB" poster presentations are required to display a poster in the in-person meeting venue Kochi Prefectural Cultute Hall.
