Poster introduction (1-min talk)

for Poster number 'P1'(Award nominee); November 30th (Sat.) (Day1) 9:00－10:20
for Poster number 'P2' ; November 30th (Sat.) (Day1) 14:20－15:40　
Venue：ENEOS Hall, Bldg.3 South

The 1-minute of poster introduction will be held on November 30th.
Your slides and presentation should be made in English.
One slide in PDF format (standard 4:3 slide size) have to be sent to the following address by November 18th (Mon) as an attached file in E-mail as follows.

• Mail to: namiki(at)rcast.u-tokyo.ac.jp (Please change '(at)' to '@'.)
• Mail subject: “poster number-your name” (ex. “P1-02-TaroTOKYO”)
• File name of PDF: “poster number.pdf” (ex. “P1-02.pdf”)

Guidelines for poster presentation

• Posters should be made in English.
• Your useable work space is 90 cm wide × 150 cm high. Poster cannot exceed the poster panel.
• Posters must be displayed by 9:00 on Nov. 30th (Day 1).
• Posters must be removed by 9:00 on Dec. 1st (Day 2).
• Poster session venue is M2 floor, Bldg.3
• All presenters have to be at the poster during the following time.
  P1（Poster session Ⅰ）: Nov. 30th(Day 1) 10:20 – 11:50
  P2（Poster session Ⅱ）: Nov. 30th (Day 1) 15:40 – 17:20
  
• All award-nominated posters will be presented in the session Ⅰ on November 30th (Day 1). Please cast your vote for poster awards into the box at the poster venue and the reception desk by 17:1016:00 on November 30th (Day 1).
