Poster introduction (1.5-min talk)

25th November (Sat.) (the first day of the meeting) 13:00-15:30 Conference Hall

The 1.5-minute of poster introduction will be held on Nov. 25 in the Conference Hall (Central Library).
Your slides and presentation should be made in English.
One or two slides in PDF format (standard 4:3 slide size) have to be sent to the conference office by Nov. 17 (Fri) as an attached file in E-mail as follows.

  • Mail to: jscpb2017(at)fukuoka-u.ac.jp (Please change '(at)' to '@'.)
  • Mail subject: “poster number-your name” (ex. “P-002-TaroHAKATA”)
  • File name of PDF: “poster number-your name.pdf” (ex. “P-002-TaroHAKATA.pdf”)

Guidelines for poster presentation

  • Posters should be made in English.
  • Your useable work space is 90 cm wide × 150 cm high. Poster cannot exceed the poster panel.
  • Poster sessions will be held in the Poster venue (Rooms 1825-1827 in Building#18).
  • All presenters can use the Poster venue from Nov. 25 (Day 1) 8:30 to Nov. 26 (Day 2) 13:30.
  • All posters must be displayed by 13:00 on Nov. 25 (Day 1).
  • All presenters have to be at the poster during the poster session.
    Odd numbers: Nov. 25 (Day 1) 15:30 – 16:45
    Even numbers: Nov. 25 (Day 1) 16:45 – 18:00
  • All posters must be removed before Nov. 26 (Day 2) 13:30.
  • Please cast your vote for poster awards into the box at the entrance of the Poster venue by Nov. 25 (Day 2) 18:30.
